25th November- International day for the elimination of violence against women

Violence and respect in art.

The students of the 3rd year Secondary have been working on a project to conmemorate the International day for the elimination of violence against women. The Art and the English department decided to make kids aware of violence and respect in art. They chose two pictures or works of art, one of them which reflects violence and the other that shows equality. Then, in the English classes they spoke about them and wrote a short description in which they explained their feelings and impressions about the works of art. Once ready, we printed them and hanged them up on the school walls.
